The rarest tetra in the entire aquatics industry, and not just because it displays strikingly gorgeous breeding colors in the male of the species -- this fish is available only once in a rare blue moon and is always wild-caught. Much of its rarity comes from the fact that the wild fish collectors have kept this species' original collection point a closely guarded secret. We simply know that it is from Peru, and no more than that regarding its origins. We have very few specimens of this fish and they will not last. ***These fish DO NOT ship individually bagged. They are schooling/shoaling fish, and individual bagging/shipping causes unnecessary stress*** Approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in length
